Oh no! Sometimes this will happen and if you do see or hear something off with one of our media outlets you can contact support to make us aware, but before you do there are a few details we need to pass along for an expedient fix.

If you could grab for us the timestamp when the video, sound, or captions decided to take a break along with what device phone/tablet/browser were you using when this happened.

Also, when describing what happened could you tell us in a format like: "I noticed at "1:45:35" seconds right after the break my video was no longer in sync.", our team will be sure to get right on it!
