Can my membership charge be refunded?Updated 10 days ago

We are not able to offer refunds for membership payments. However, you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time to ensure that you will not be charged on the next billing period, even if you forget to cancel your membership.

Cancel Auto-Renewal

1. Go to beacon.tv and sign in
2. Click your user icon to go to your Profile page
3. Click Manage Membership
4. Click Cancel subscription
5. On the next page, click the Cancel subscription button to confirm

Please note that membership is not refundable for any reason, including in the case where you forget to turn off the auto-renew before the next charge.
