How do I cancel my membership?Updated 10 months ago

If you wish to cancel you can do so via a web browser, as this is not currently possible through the Pocket Beacon app.

Cancel Membership

1. Go to beacon.tv and sign in
2. Click your user icon to go to your Profile page
3. Click Manage Membership
4. Click Cancel subscription
5. On the next page, click the Cancel subscription button to confirm

You should not be charged again and your account will remain active until the end of your renewal date.
